6:00 AM – Begin Set-up at Start/Finish in Branford

EVERYONE

6:30 AM – 12:00 PM Check-in Tent Open for all Riders and Branford Volunteers
6:30 AM – 11:00 AM Continental Breakfast
Invite your people to join us for lunch and cheer at the Start / Finish or Rest Stop! (see times below)
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Musicians, Games, and Creative Space
11:30 AM – 2:00 PM Picnic Lunch, Recovery Tent Open, and Cowbells as Riders Finish!
2:00 PM CLOSING CEREMONY for all Riders, Volunteers, and Guests

6:45 AM Safety Briefing – in parking lot
7:20 AM be ready to ride if Metric Century Route Support
8:50 AM be ready to ride if 40-mile Start Route Support
10:50 AM be ready to ride if 10-mile Start Route Support
12:20 PM be ready to ride if Halo Route Support

7:45 AM Check-in at North Madison Fire Company and begin set-up
8:45 AM Rest Stop ready for riders
12:05 PM or after last rider leaves – Rest Stop clean-up
